Carol Boyd serves as assistant at the Van Brunt Visitors Center. Before beginning her present role in 2003, Carol worked in the College of Business Administration, Bureau of Business Research for 13 years. She is originally from New Mexico and moved to Nebraska in 1989.
She oversees the Visitors Center operations, which includes the facility rental program, and assists the director of the Center with university event management for the Office of the Chancellor, including commencement, doctoral hooding, press conferences, Master's Week, and other Chancellor-sponsored events.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, playing video and online games, and watching TV.
